Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is not available. All payments must be completed online through our secure PhonePe payment gateway.
Returns & Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds (Only for Wrong Product)
Refunds are only applicable if you receive the wrong product in your package.
An unboxing video (from the moment the package is sealed until fully opened, without cuts/edits) is mandatory for any refund request.
Without an unboxing video, refund claims will not be processed.
